Thanks, that was helpful. Is there a way to create a template set of tasks? For example, every time a new client purchases services, there are all kinds of tasks associated with client intake, gathering information, setting them up in QuickBooks, sending an engagement letter Etc. So is there a way to create a template that I can just copy and repeat every time there’s a new client engagement?

Why leave the main task page? People like to see the entire list, make a slideout window.

You didn't include how to add options (drop-down select) UNDER CATEGORY (field). Would you mind helping me with this? I am very new to using Hubspot.

Can I add two people to the same task? If a manager wants to be added to their employee's tasks in case they didn't get to it. Is there a workflow for this? I am not paying for the service yet, and I know I don't have access to workflow but looking for a workaround

I don't have a sales tab. I can't figure out how to create a task at all, anywhere. ROAR.

If your HubSpot account is using the new menu navigation--flyout sidebar on the left hand side--I was able to find Tasks in the CRM tab, bottom of the menu list under Calls. Not sure if it will be in the same place for you.
