Recently purchased the same jacket, even in Forest (looks better in person). First, the jacket is ... awesome. I can wear if in FL up to about 82F, and down to about 50F without a sweater. Second, I had to purchase both the Large and XL - reason, as I am about the same size as you (190 lbs/68"), I wear a 42 Short suit jacket. The large fit my torso well, but not enough room around the back / chest (flash to Chris Farley, big guy little jacket). Third - Huckberry had the EASIEST returns ever! Immediately credited the Large return once it scanned into a drop location (Fedex). So for the guys like us, buy with confidence, try a couple sizes, send the other one back and no worries! Plus, I have yet to meet anyone who does not love (not just like, but love) this jacket. If feels somehow rough and tumble and yet almost a silky smooth texture to the touch. As a retired Army vet, I hope to wear this jacket until I die.

Totally agree with you! It’s a very versatile jacket that you can wear in different temperatures. It’s always hard to figure out what size, so it is really nice they have a easy return policy. The jacket is so sturdy and durable. I’ll be getting a different color since I love this jacket so much!

How did the XL fit on you? I’ve tried the large and had the same issue, tight around the shoulders.

@@Korupt0r XL fits great on shoulder and torso, with room for a light sweater underneath. Arms came about a half inch longer than I would like, but since I roll the button cuff up, it isn’t a big deal. And when it rains I appreciate the little extra length to cover the wrists.

Dude, wax jackets look awesome: is it denim, is it leather; no, it's wax. Ages well. But it's all in the looks. They are cold in the rain. They will suck the life force out of you in AC. They get hot in the sun. They were the original British motor cycle gear: masochistically grim with layers of wool required beneath. They are impractical and mostly a pose. They work 55-61f in a light misting rain. Either rug up like a lumberjack underneath or die of exposure trying to look hip and trendy. Prob a fine jacket for central California in June/July, but otherwise, and sadly, useless.

It's decent for mild spring/fall Midwest days. I have enough space to put a hoodie underneath for a little more warmth. Definitely more practical and cost effective jackets out there.

Could you tell us your Chest size and shoulder ? I'm in France and for us abroad, there's no return possible, and duties are added, so it's hard to pick. On the web site, there's only the chest sizing, no shoulders.... hard to pick the good one. Thanks

@@MichaelHsu95 I would be interested but I live in Canada. Once you pay customs duty, shipping and taxes and convert USD to CAD, it becomes over $500 jacket here. For that price, there are too many other options. But maybe one day if I am visiting USA I may see if I can pick one up there. I love the look of it. Wish it was easier to get in Canada tho. Just ordered the forest in 2xl. I’m usually wearing 2xl in everything with room to add layers or not, and a lot of reviews said go true to size. If it fits well I’m going to order the field tan in 2xl as well
