Have you even tried this product? Ben's Audio Cave compared this to various other methods and found it worked extremely well, ultrasonic or not.

No - I have other cleaning methods. Works or not - its not legal to lie about your product or mislead the public. I tend to not patronize companies that lie about their stuff. A one-dollar magic eraser sponge works just as well. no batteries required.

I do have one of these, and nowhere on the device, the packaging or instruction leaflet is it described as 'ultrasonic', just 'electronic'. The listing on Amazon does refer to 'ultra-sonic vibrations' in the blurb, which is clearly not correct. Having said that, the vibrating brush did remove some debris that stylus gel did not, but it's not something that I would want or need to use every day.

@@rolandbogush2594 yet they say ultrasonic All over their advertising online and even ultraviolet in one video. The adverts BEFORE you buy will get you in trouble with the authorities for making false claims.

I’m pretty sure you misspoke when you said @1.46 “40 thousand or 80 thousand kilohertz”. That’s 40-80 MHz, which is getting close to the FM radio band.

I have the Hudson hifi one and it works extremely right down to the diamond well, those other methods Iv found leaves too much residue on the stylus. But you do you.

There actually is a true ultrasonic stylus cleaner available, called the HumminGuru S-Duo Pro, which sells for $129.

Oh no i've just bought one after falling down the ultrasonic rabbit hole 🙈 lucikly it wasnt overly expensive at £34.99.

classic audiophile snakeoil marketing: without cavitation, there is no mechanical means to remove dirt-- it's like submerging yourself in bathwater for a few seconds and calling it a shower.

For me fire is a better cleaner. I run my bic lighter over the stylus for about 2 seconds. It's not gonna hurt the diamond. Just dont do it long enough to melt anything plastic. Works like a charm😊

I just bought one on Amazon for 25 bucks. I won't open it, just return it. You got any info on the Last stylus cleaner and treatment. I'm getting sick of all the Snake Oil Bullsh*t Hey Bud the "jell" leaves a residue that even an "Ultra Sonic" thing won't remove. Stick with a carbon fiber brush and the Magic Eraser. One more thing...why are you whispering?
