you get filler items from completing stages of the item world, check the bonus gauge at 1:48 you can see a Filler EX as one of my rewards - you can do item worlds the regular way to get them prior to doing this this vid goes along with this guide on steam: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1573741753
