There are a few reasons of why the leads of the mechanical pencil breaks 1. It’s too long (obviously) 2. The angle is too big(?) 3. The quality of the lead itself 4. Too much pressure To solve the problem, buy these leads from stores like UNI or MUJI, and get 2B instead of HB because you can apply less pressure to stop it from breaking constantly :)
