I’m in my senior year of high school and I will say- If you are taking hard enough classes, you will not have a choice on whether or not you use a planner. I didn’t use my planner for one day and had so many assignments that I missed because they were only briefly mentioned in class, and since I didn’t write them down, they slipped my mind. You will need a planned to stay on top. Get in the habit early if you can.

I am starting my first year of my Art classes in college on September 5th and watching this video really helped me. Number 8 is definitely what I struggle with a lot. I'm in every single music class possible (band, choir, show choir, jazz band, etc.) I'm in dance, theater productions, 4H, guitar lessons, and it can be overwhelming, but luckily, they're usually all at different times, so I can manage. I'm also planning on quitting 4H soon, so I can get that off my plate, bc it's not fun for me anymore. But things like music, dance, and theater, I simply cannot let go of because it is my life.
