Hi you might want to consider something like the owners villa. I work for a family owned company based in Germany and all old factory locations still have this villa. The owners stay in it when they come and visit the factory. On the other days it is used as a guesthouse for colleagues from abroad.

U-Boot is the German word for submarine. But I think in this hall they didn't completed the submarines because the big gates for the water are missing. I really like how you built the industry area, it reminds me of the Ruhrgebiet in Germany like some big factories like ThyssenKrupp or something.

It looks very very nice but one mistake that u do is looking on modern industry. Many railways disappeared in factorys and replaced with trucks. Look up for old books or maps. Susudata is perfect for this project it shows germany in maps fromm 1940 .there's lot of old street and railways infrastructure and layouts. U can dm me I have some old books and knows were u can look for things that you need.
