have a small tip when traveling in Vietnam is to always ask for the price before buying anything from street vendors. Even Vietnamese people can be quoted prices much higher than the official government rates. If you are a foreign visitor, it is best to go to places crowded with locals, as they often have better prices or delicious food. goodluck!

Entertaining Vid .. Imagine the dishwashers at the end of the day in Mall .. been all thru Vietnam, 4 yrs ago was last Visit, Things have certainly changed .. Scams are still Around, I assume you use Debit Card and notice you are Wary ✅ .. Locals are Very Friendly as Usual .. Different type of Vibe with Younger Vietnamese, Highly Educated, IT Savvy and most speak English .. Simply Astounding the amount of People in the Mall 👩‍👩‍👧👣 Love those Thongs 😃

To go to Aeon Mall, you can take bus 40 from Hai Ba Trung Street, or in front of the Opera House, costs only 7000 VND (less then 30 cents)/person. No need to take Grab.

The Vietnamese are no longer poor like many westerners think they are . All the shopping malls , restaurants , cinemas , touristy sites are always crowded especially on week-ends and during official holidays and school vacations . Today the Vietnamese high and middle class population is growing very fast and the level of poverty is reducing substantially every day .

Otherwise I am not aware that we celebrate any other big holiday during May. We don’t celebrate Descendant’s day in Việt Nam. Btw I am not meant to grind on the details. Hello!!! So happy you enjoyed the video! We usually pay between $60 and $100 per night and ALWAYS with a pool 😁We recommend you do stay in the Old Quarter. The hotels may be slightly less luxurious for the price but they are good with good facilities and in the best ever location. This is the hotel we stayed in last time maps.app.goo.gl/9rTNkWSET5RGqZ7X7 . Very nice and very updated and clean, breakfast is great, pool is good enough and they have a small sky bar. Staff were lovely. Location is fantastic.
