They do but I read the sting is very mild and doesn't effect humans much.

Not dangerous to humans as far as I've learned. Mild sting only if any. I've read that some small fish use them to for shelter even.

Not very dangerous this one, just a big jelly blob with very mild stinging tentacles I've read.
