Gorillas are hard workers! Gathering food for hours, building nests, and protecting their territory. When it's supper time, they sure do enjoy their food! Satisfying to watch because they seem happy when eating; no work for now, time to eat!

At one point, as he’s chewing, his chest moves as if he had let out a little sigh, makes you wonder what’s he thinking. I know gorillas tend to be bothered by eye contact, maybe he’s annoyed that someone is filming him eat.

They supplement with insects and small animals in the wild like chimpanzees when they get the chance, one gorilla even was seen raiding a nest to eat a bird egg they found. Also, like orangutans they REALLY, I repeat really are curious in captivity and when they get to learn something new they will remember how.
