First time watching your channel. I watch so many other metal detecting videos and one thing that bothers me is their cameras won't focus or are very slow to focus up close. Your camera is quick at focusing and so clear. Nice video!

+Linda Martin Thanks for the kind words. I've worked very hard on my camera work. It's equipment plus user. I've had some people ask me what type of mount I use when I do live digs, which the answer is none. I have a robot arm, probably from playing basketball. Haha.

I was asking myself if they made rings/jewelry for actors to wear on a stage and then I remembered the term, costume jewelry. It's large size is meant to be seen from a distance and probably for comical effect.

I hardly ever dig a 12-35 .. Maybe that's why I don't find Indians? GFU. I my book, not finding Silver but still making the Dollar menu, that's a good hunt. It looked like if you would have huffed and puffed, you could have blew that house down. Sure, I could tell it was an Indian, an old one, yeah, maybe a 77.

Half liter of water + 3 spoons of salt -> Electrolyte Old cell phone charger , cut a plug and you've got 2 cables .Set coin on negative electrode. On positive wire some kind of spoon or whatever. Put your circuit in the electrolyte and whatch magic :). Your Indian coin can still be saved :P or at least readable. 10 -20 minutes of electrolysis should be fine. Greets from Poland.

My Father lives in Hawaii. To combat the gnats and mosquitoes....believe it or not....he stuffs a Bounce Dryer Sheet around his shirt collar. Works wonders at keeping those pesky pests away. He also pins 2 or 3 to his hat and just lets them dangle around his head. He's not worried about the fact that it looks funny...besides, who cares what you look like when your doing yard work. As long as you can keep those dang gnats and mosquitoes away.

My father lives in Hawaii so you can imagine the gnats and mosquitoes that thrive in that environment. When he's out doing Yard Work, he stuffs a couple of Bounce Dryer Sheets under his hat and lets em dangle from under his hat. Looks kind of silly but I don't think he cares what he looks like when he's doing yard work. As long as he can keep the mosquitoes and gnats away. Try it. Bounce Dryer Sheets.

The 'clasp' on the back of that 'ring' indicates it is a 'clip on earring'. (The one with the blue face) And yes, some where that large! Nice find! Dream dig for this newbie! Thanks for sharing!

from the available footage of the bullet i would guess by its size its either .32 smith and wesson long or .32 long colt, most likely the latter as it has two lube rings and a cupped base which could make it a black powder cartridge. Unfortunately for dating purposes that black powder round is still produced today but the bullet in question was most likely made between the late 1890s to about 1940.

How do you find your detecting spots? Are you getting permission first from land owners or just cruising around in your car and hitting sites that you stumble upon? I'm interested because it looks like you have to really dig deep holes which is always the number one problem and complaint here. I'm in California so our laws are probably different. Just wondering. It's looks very rural where you are at.

I find a lot of decent stuff worth about $5-$20, but never anything super valuable. My best for value so far is probably the gold ring I found that has a Mexican gold coin set in it. It's worth a few hundred bucks. The video has about 70k views, it was a few years ago. You'll like my most recent uploads. I'm doing a series on a trip I did to North Carolina last weekend. I found 4 rings, silver coins and all kinds of other cool stuff.
