I couldn't really tell from video, but that hub was keyed instead of splined? There is no need for taper with splines I can think of, so... mismatch? They may have sent the wrong hub.

Some of those hubs are engineered to "crush" for safety. Not certain about the hub you used! I went with NRG "shorthub" for dimension concerns. Genuine MOMO products are definitely hard to get and you will end up waiting. How did things go?

Waiting for good things is somewhat Italian, no? Anyway, as nice as the NRG hubs look, the momo is better: I want that to crush in a big accident, not me. That, plus you automatically have extension buit in: most airbag wheels are equivalent of deep dish without in terms of offset. I like the look and fit of the nrg short hubs, but they need a spacer most cases for driver ergonomics..

@@flinch622 after everything I ended up with a Momo 78, short hub, quick release (no dish). Don’t know the exact dimensions but it fits my arm length, and my butt in the seat. Running fixed Momo racing seats. EDIT: all I know is that Italian siestas are a thing so with that context.. Italian = handmade = takes forever cause quality?/%.789~ or so.
