I LOVE the gquuuux design. I know a lot of people think its not a gundam like design (it's not a gundam in universe either its just derived from the rx78). So much thought went into the gquuuux design. You can see how the thrusters are placed relative to center of mass, the hinges in the knees allow fuel flow from the thighs into the macross style feet thrusters, every detail about it is a marvel of mechanical design. I love how they've really modernised and reinterpreted the designs based on modern scientific and engineering understanding.

The "Kikeroga" was apparently the name of a new mobile suit that was planned for the later episodes of Mobile Suit Gundam, however since the series got cut and shortened it never materialized. For GQuuuuuuX, the name has been repurposed to be the new name of the mobile armor we originally knew as the Braw Bro.

Love the idea of alternate timeline of established story. Pretty sure if the series is successful, it would spawn idea of other successful Gundam Series alternate timeline for example Gundam Wing.

Thunderbolt is basically an alternate version of the One Year War timeline. That's why the suit designs are slightly different.

I think G-UNIT was a side story to Gundam Wing, did not read the manga but built a few of the Gunpla years ago- very cool mech designs!

I'm pretty let down by the zaku designs. I wish it could had been more cohisive. It feels like the gqux legs with a zaku torso slapped on top.

A 5 minute leaked really confirmed everything, char piloted the gundam and the mecha design was different for a reason.

Hmm a thing to note regarding the Sodon, it's not the White Base but the Pegasus, in UC the Pegasus was suppose r be the first Pegasus-Class to roll out but due to delays the White Base was instead was the first Pegasus, it looks like the Pegasus in G-Quacks never went through the delays and actually rolled out first.

I love this anime idea. but my man... If you know anything about gundam you know M'Quve is not pronounced "M Kwavv" Its pronounced "Mc-Ku-Vay". And the Kikeroga is the Braw Bro. Would probably be a good idea to spend a day watching the original series or the movie trilogy at least.

Everyone mispronouncing M'Quve's name when they read it. It's Ma Ku Bay/Vay with his name probably a weird take on McVay. I was not expecting to see Cameron Bloom, funny to see his design barely change while Challia Bull gets a big redesign that is much better than his original.

In GQuux timeline, Amuro is deemed to be non-existant and thats why Char manage to steal the Gundam in the first place. Or at least thats how the plot goes so far, obviously therell be changes in the future.

yeah whoever gave the ok for these mechanical designs should be fired they know nothing about gundam or actual engineering gundam is supposed to be realistic in its designs so designed to look like it could be an actual weapon the fedy suits in this would have not room for internal mechanical elements even if they had no armor and the upper arms and knees on the zaku would be so weak mechanically that it wouldnt even be able to support its own weight or even wield a weapon its like a grade schooler designed it these designs are far worse than anything from g gundam and that says alot
