Love this show!!! But I don’t get it. On the Right side Agenda “Zandar’s Secret” and “Darklon” was listed but I don’t remember hearing about them??? Do I not have access to the “Classified” portion of this “Classified Show??”

The Crystal Ball body mold was something I was behind but the vampire angle? Meh. The thing I liked about the OG Crystal Ball was he was a gypsy. 7th son of a 7th son sure there was some “ookie spooky” stuff but he was more a Sven Gali/Rasputin type character than Vlad/Dracula. I am pumped about Law & Order though, they look sharp and Slice & Dice for my growing ninja battles

I agree with Crystal Ball, not a fan if they go vampire. But if it's kind of a nod to Steven King, ok. But then again the Gypsy angle would work there too, Thinner by Steven King.

Law & Order are a set that I can't miss. Crystal Ball looks decent, I always liked the wackier characters for COBRA. Slice & Dice are must-haves for me, they were childhood favourites.

I'd prefer a Retro carded Crystal Ball, but this one looks pretty close. I really hope they include the shield. It's a trademark accessory of the original figure. In fact, I may not even get this figure if there's no shield. I'll just wait on the retro version.

Unbiased on Crystal Ball because I'm unfamiliar with the character: New Crystal Ball looks like the villain on Blade, would buy, whereas old Crystal Ball looks like a knock off MOTU figure, Disco Ball variant, definitely goofy. Maybe embrace the new on this one guys, the detail is pretty sick, and this is still a work in progress. Sektor and Cyrax are certainly rad. But why does Law look like he's not even an Eagle Scout yet? Order looks like he's twice Law's age in dog years. Give that man some stress wrinkles bro, this ain't a Disney franchise.

That head sculpt is not based on Vincent Price. It's based on Jack Palance, who once played Dracula. Also, the Palance version of Dracula was the inspiration of Dracula's appearance in Marvel's 'Tomb of Dracula' comic book back in the 70s.

I'm definitely staying away from most of the supernatural figures. The only ones that really appealed to me from the Marvel comic days are Serpentor and Dr. Mindbender. Even Zartan had his camouflage ability but that was downplayed later. I really hope they make a Polar Battle Bear rhat scales well enough to fit 2 figures securely. The Joes' snow weather battles were epic.

The commercial was cute. A little nostalgia but I didn’t need it. Need an updated way to execute that fits with an updated line. Wasn’t a fan of Crystal Ball in the 80’s but I may be be coming around to this version. Law and order looks fun and I will likely get them.

The commercial, although cheesy, is honestly great. It's a good marketing move to feature kids at play rather than overly epic music, lighting, and fog, even though the majority of people buying these figures are likely adults, we need to remember that we love these things because they are toys afterall, inspiring our imagination like nothing else can. Maybe Hasbro should promote the classified series with adults in mind too because I didn't even know the classified series was a thing until last month when I thought "I kinda want a Transformer", and discovered these badass action figures. G.I. Joe toys look better than ever to me, (I was born in '96 and grew up with the weird era of 12" reboots) so these original characters in the beautifully detailed 6" scale is kind of a dream come true for what I wanted growing up, but now I have a f u l l t i m e j o b and can buy whatever toy I want without mom and dad's money and permission so I already own like a third of the figures in that commercial, and then some, and someday I'm going to pass them on to my kids. Maybe the lack of marketing is because Hasbro believes that they only have one small market corner of people who care about G.I. Joe. And I think you're wrong on that one point, buddy, I think there's a lot of people like me who aren't aware of how cool the classified series is, and they are not already here for it. But the only issue I have with that is; I hope that they don't find out until I've finished cherry-picking the backlog of my favorite characters, subject to availability and all. That being said, we definitely should not gatekeep. More fans in a franchise like this (with military content) is likely a good thing for both financial sustainability and more amazing, artistic, and just plane cool products down the line. So good to see that the designers of these care about the subject matter and that is evident and that is what pulled me back in to this beyond nostalgia trip. I can tell I'm gonna be hooked on the classified series until they stop making them. I also like that it reminds us of the real american heroes who fight for freedom wherever there's trouble. YO JOE

It was a clever idea to lean into the 'Roma chic' gypsy vibe to Crystal Ball. He's more of a roguish vagabond than a Hammer Horror villain, and I think it was a great direction to go with him.

i think making crystal ball a vampire is cool, and fun. that commercial was so wack. those plug in effects for the gun shots and screen wipes were garbage. i only liked the wide shot with both factions, but thats like a give-in. it was just lazy overall.

The teeth could be sharpened by choice and not for any supernatural reason. There are people who have done this. WWF had Gangrel who did this for real. He could still retain his gypsy roots. I hope

Crystal Ball was always one of my favorites due to me being a nerdy horror kid and knowing he was a tribute to Vincent Price(this is why he looks just like him)... And notice in the commercial, Stormshadow couldn't do a proper flying sidekick due to having a bulky tire-sized waste wrap around his midsection.

The vampire teeth is a bit too much for my liking. I’m on board with little modern twitching here and there, but as long as is doesn’t completely change the nostalgia vibe. Nostalgia needs to remain bigger than the new take. Create new characters if you want to go all in on modern. That commercial is just awkward and not doing it for me. The writing is cheesy af.

Hard pass on Crystal Ball. This was the beginning of the end for GI Joe back in the day when CB came out. Figured became more outrageous and interest in the line dropped off. Classified might be start to head towards the same fate. It's been a helluva run though!

It's no wonder they never made a commercial..this lacks the pizazz of the classic commercials. I don't feel any excitement in the voice over, there's no ooo awe feeling because they used previously released figures. It was quite a dud. Any real fan of G.I Joe could make a better commercial than what the paid "fans" at hasbro made here
