Years ago when my children were young I started using English muffins to make mini pizzas for lunch. At that time, I did not know about using the garlic butter. I can definitely see how that would really punch it up a notch.

Munster cheese is creamier and stretches better than mozzarella. I have replaced Mozzarella for Munster.
