Thank you so much for the Underwear recommendations! I have been determined this year to wear tank tops for a change, but I don’t have any appropriate bras to wear under them. These options you found look like some good ones worth trying! I really like your little sweater and skirt picks too! Thank you for what you said about needing things around the midsection to not be tight. I struggle with that too, and I appreciate the solutions you’ve come up with! I’ll trade you on the weather. I was so sick of messing with my with my animals in 94° weather for the past who knows how long, I went on strike this weekend and stayed in the air-conditioning most of the time!😮

Absolutely! I was so thrilled to see all the crochet top options this year because I've struggled with finding things that are pretty and flattering without being so form fitting for summer wear the last few years. These totally create such a nice layer that tricks the eye a bit without being hot. And yes, the underwear part is always the part I struggle with I swear! I hear ya on the weather. We've thought about moving for years but really hesitate to leave our summers here and trade them for the usual humidity and heat just about anywhere else!

@@redgirlreviews you asked about other good places to shop…​​⁠ I found some great shoes at Nordstrom rack at reasonable prices as well as the clearance rack at designer shoe warehouse. Then I got several pairs of shoes used, but in almost new condition for like $15 at the thrift store! I got some purple fuzzy suede Birkenstock sandals at Nordstrom rack for a steal!

We are redhead tan. It’s different lol. I am intrigued by the Sephora contour sticks you mentioned. Especially the cream one. Thanks for going into that. Too often people don’t understand it’s skin undertone that matters, not just skin depth level. And bronzer that’s too yellow or orange can ruin a whole makeup, just like something ashy can ruin it for a deeper skin tone.

Absolutely, I don't even use contour but I want to go back and get that lightest contour stick from Sephora because the color was perfect and the formula is soooo creamy and nice. I wish they would make a concealer/stick foundation out of that same formula it is so nice.

Aww thanks for reminding me about crochet tops😂! I used to have one many years ago and I wore it for a good solid decade! It was one of my favorites for such a long time. I was actually sad to get rid of it but it was time because it was old 😂! I’m going to order like 2! I really liked the cropped one because it still looked someone longer and then maybe I will find one with 3/4 sleeve or something 😂

Also, I felt the same about Temu for the longest, seemed like Shein which is REALLY hit or miss on the quality but I gotta say now I have a bit of a Temu addiction 'problem' and need to back away from ordering stuff for awhile...like 4 or 5 orders in the last few weeks! Their shoes are actually really good too and now I need more room in my closet!🤣

Great summary! Thank you. Will look into those sun screens. Question: how do you find cream/liquid blushes longevity? I tried some top brands blushes and they disapear from my skin in an hour, afraid to spend money on trying more, but LOVE the idea of cream blush.

I find longevity has a lot to do with whether you have oily skin or dry skin. Traditional cream blushes are more likely to disappear where as the liquid ones that set down after they dry usually don't. What is your skin type and desired finish? Dewy (can really only get this with cream) or set down but not necessarily matte?

Which liquid blushes do you like? I have combinational skin but put glowy tins/foundations and thats where cream blushes act out.

@@julievovchenko5355 ah yes, gotcha on the glowy foundations. It might help if you can very lightly set that part of your face with a super fine translucent powder to get those to stay but you might lose some of the glowiness that way. You can also try a good setting spray which will disturb it less. On liquid blushes I'm not a huge fan of the SUPER pigmented ones like rare beauty or the new Elf dupes because they are too pigmented and hard to work with but they do have staying power. I really love the Tarte Maneater liquid blush in Raspberry if you like a hint of glowy finish, About Tone liquid blushes if you want a powder dry down finish and I really like the L'Oreal lumi blush I showed in the video as well (just wish for cooler toned colors).
