Holy moly that's Sierra size fish the only place I've ever caught a fish that big is up in the High Sierras off of 395

Good job out there! A little surprised to hear about the bluegill, etc. The crappie/bass that are already in the lake are tiny. I'm not sure that the bluegill will do any different. Seems like they'd struggle with the cold temps.

You did great in the cooler temps. I fished a lake Sat that was 32 degrees but 80 the day before and it killed the bite.

Yeah they did put bluegill in there they even created habitats for them throughout the lake. We'll see how it pans out though

There's a fee to fish at Gregory you can pay for that online. Certain parking lots also require payment also available online. There are free parking spots along the street in certain spots.

What a killer day, those were some buxom hens Urban O.D. Hell, I guess it's time to 86 the Neutrogena & score me some Lunker Lotion!! I'm pretty sure that's the zone where my Dad landed a 12 pound rainbow back in the 70's on an old Mepps Spinner. I still remember my Mom complaining for months because it took up the whole freezer for a year until it eventually got too freezer burned to bring to the Taxidermist. Word on the street is, Fish & Game has decided to transition away from Trout Plants and begin stocking warm water species like Wipers & Tilapia. In my opinion, they'd be better off just re-routing our toilets into all our favorite fishing destinations... The administration in this Country is doing everything possible to end the old american way of life that made this Country such a desirable place to live. I despise the heartless scumbags who are currently in office. They will eventually be exposed & in the end, GOD will provide justice for all. Until then, leave your waders on 'cause the shit's only gonna get deeper... GOD Bless! 🎣
