I have played crochet once, I remember it being fun and the balls for crochet heavier than what you were using, they were made of wood. It was good to see you all just having fun.

Its nice to graduate from buckets of seed packets into library card holder furniture (made of wood) with pull out drawers. These work Great for seed packets!!

That apron is adorable! Your Mom did a phenomenal job on that! We play crochet here in the U.S. too. I used to play it alot in my Grandma's backyard when I was a kid. I love love love going the thrift stores. It's so fun finding bargains. And I gotta say, I was smiling ear to ear when Deivid said you all decided to keep the dresser to use as a changing table for a baby. Im am SO here for that when that time comes!! Lol. Rudolph the way I remember was you places the wire like Deivid did (I dont think it matters where you place them) , then there is a starting point, which also be your ending point and each person takes turns hitting their ball toward their goal..and whoever gets back to the starting point first wins. And we had a stick in the ground behind the home /finish line wire..and when you hit your ball through that last wire..it had to hit the stick as well to count. So first to finish the course wins.

I love thrift stores. Those curtains with the ruffles at the bottom looks like kitchen curtains to me. Usually there’s a valance for the top and the two other bigger pieces go at the bottom. Usually so because kitchen windows are usually smaller. Maybe not. Y’all found a lot of good deals. We always played that game when I was younger. There are three different versions of croquet. If you google what’s the rules for croquet you’ll see the different versions. They can be a little tricky but y’all had the basics down. The balls to our set were very heavy and the handles were wood. It was fun though.Of course your moms apron came out beautiful. She’s a great sewer. Oh yea, forgot to say, that table is going to come in very handy as a changing table for a baby and then later convert it to use for toys and books. Can’t wait for that day but y’all are young. You have plenty of time.

Going to a Trift store is dangerous.....but so nice to walk around stuff and sometimes you will find nice items !!
