Isn't the best CTP for PvE a Mighty/Brilliant Destruction? Or even Energy...? Sure he misses out on the 30-35% HP, but you are getting all the procs and chain hit damage.

Honestly Hulk is still tanky with Rage. Just needs a little bit strategy to dodge attacks when HP is low. But the damage is INSANE with Rage. PvP content isn't worthwhile in terms of rewards compared to PvE content.

I think Moon Knight with BrillDestruc will gives you more benefit (all of pve modes, even Dispatch with combat requirement) than Spidey, which is just WBL climber (spider restricted stage).

It’s not just the shield but the heal proc. Insight doesn’t have that, so he would still be able to die more easily.

I'm lucky that I rolled a 29.8%hp+200%attack proc just after the update and I use it now, even though it took me 50+ rolls but still worth it. P.s I actually wanted double hp at the time, but the stats are good enough now, and I don't think I can roll double hp + attack within 200 times, so be it.

As far as I understand it, as long as you use him only for PvE it should work mostly the same as a Regeneration. The lack of the shield and the Guard Break really hurt it's PvP usability though.

@@Kalbuir66 Maybe you shouldn't pick and choose stuff to fit your argument. I said, right there at the same sentence which you chose to ignore that "it should work mostly the same as a Regeneration". If you take a look around, Alex and several content creators are using Hulk in PvE with a Regeneration (including in this video), therefore Regen, and by extension Refinement, are viable options for PvE. Not the best ones, but still viable. And anyone who wants a comparison between what a Regen/Refinement can do against a Rage just has to watch Alex's video. You can slap a Rage on Hulk if you want, or go with a HP obelisk + proc, or whatever your resources allow and you feel works best. The fact still stands that if you're going to equip a Regen in your Hulk to use him at PvE, a Refinement will work just the same.

Well Nm could improve the lack of look with gorgeous animation like duo Hulk team up or whatever they want.
