Hogan may be a pathological liar and a bad person in other ways but there's no denying he's an icon in the wrestling world and deserves to be treated as such.
@philliplandry4139 Жыл бұрын
That was the problem. All those promoters, networks, and bookers besides McMahon and WWE were feeding his ego because of that. Yes he brought wrestling into the mainstream but at same time. He buried a lot of up and comers to the point that the wrestling industry haven't recovered from for 20 years. The moment Hogan got a bad press for using the n word and wasn't in the condition to get back in the ring during mid and late 2010's, that's when wrestling was slowly had the momentum to pick back up again. If AEW had existed in the 2000's, Tony would have been stupid enough to hired Hogan and his wash up buddies and AEW would have been either gone or in the same situation what TNA/Impact is going through.
@onewarriornation602 Жыл бұрын

She didn’t pay the boys, but she paid him because he was the face. She should’ve been paying people like AJ styles consistently. All those people that got looked over her look past when Hogan came. All those men made that company and she did them wrong so that makes her a piece of crap. I don’t care what she did for him while he was out that’s an idiot, a cancer, Dixie Carter ruined the company along with Hogan. they didn’t need them. They were getting those views before he ever joined, I mean Dixie Carter wasn’t paying him anyway I believe it was Spike TV. I don’t think she had the money I could be wrong either way they shit all over the company, her him and a few other people bottom line screwed it up because it had one symbol of how and what TNA was and that was a six sided ring yes, the guys may have not like that not all of them, but it made them different and they took that away.
@onewarriornation602 Жыл бұрын
Tell us you're a mark and have zero fucking clue what you're talking about without telling us. Where to even begin.... "All those people that built TNa and got poked over once Hogan came." Yeah? Who and when? Before Hogan every fucking TNA homegrown was being jobbed out to Jeff Jarrett and the Nursing Home Mafia each week. Once Hogan came in AJ Styles, Abyss, Robert Roode, James Storm, Matt Morgan, D'Angelo Dinero, Austin Aries, Motor City Machine Guns etc all FINALLY started getting pushed. Skipping the crybaby BS calling the biggest draw in the history of the business an idiot and cancer, a telltale sign one is a clueless Meltzer mark ... "They didn't need them" Except they did need them... "TNA were already doing those numbers!!11" Except they weren't. They were languishing between 1-1.3 million viewers and Spike TV was getting fed up with the lack of results. Hence Hogan being hired and increasing the viewers into the 2-2.4 million range. "They shit all over the company" By fixing it and actually making it watchable? By pushing younger talent and building up new talent? By bringing in better Sponsors and creating double the viewers? Which one, because all of the above is defined in the real world as succeeding. "They got rid of the shit sided ring that every talent in the company hated." Cry about it some more, it's still not coming back because it was a joke of an idea that all of the talent hated and made TNA look like a 3rd rate bingo hall outlaw mudshow.
