All that was needed were the geniuses who could control the process. They had Hank and Janet Pym and Dr Strange as well as Peter Parker. They may have even been able to bring in Dr Foster. All they needed were test subjects to get accurate results. Honestly, if they were allowed to use the method on Death Row inmates, they’d probably be able to get it with precise accuracy.
