Actually they probably would because we have never seen anything but a galactic level threat in 40k. The C'tan maybe but the warp entities are less than a threat to a celestial. Each one is essentially a walking talking universe or even multiverse in a suit of armor. There is nothing in 40k like that so far and since the lore is dependent on a tabletop game that means there are weaknesses to exploit for each being.

The Ultimate Nullifier's power and effect on a target or being is only limited by the object's welder;s ability to comprehend the target. That is why it had no effect on the celestial in that alternate universe. However any being that is able to fully comprehend the celestials should be able to use the Ultimate Nulifier on them. However it is a one shot attempt and they'll end up being nullified themselves as well. There are other beings that are more powerful than the Celestials the Living Trubunal. The One Above All (Omniversal being) many among the true abstracts (Celestials are not abstract beings) and the Beyonders . Theorectically it is possible a multiple number of Cosmic Cubes could defeat at least one Celestial. But this is all depends on who is writing a storyline about the Celestials. That's why there's a lot of inconsistancies with the characters.

In further lore the beyonders were made by the celestials and that actually makes sense when you think about it, their ultimate goal is to create the perfect being so we can imagine the beyonders being a form like that. Except now instead of creating the perfect beings from harnessed energy they create them from already existing beings, beings that they had a hand in creating in the first place. This indicates that the end goal is to create beings that might be even beyond the beyonders.
