@ 51:45 ደቂቃ ላይ በጣም ነዉ ያሳቁኝ እንግዳዉ። እሳቸዉ በግል በጣም ጎበዝ ስራቸውን አክባሪ እንደሆኑ ያስታዉቃሉ ። ነገር ግን ልክ እንደማንኛውም ኢትዮጵያዊ ድርጅት ኢንሹረርሶችም የተለየ ለደንኛ ክብር አደለም ገለፃ ለማድረግ እንኳን ይተናነቃቸዋል ። ይህ ደግሞ የኢሹራንስ ችግር ብቻ ሳይሆን እንደ ሀገር ያለመሰልጠናችን ዉጤት ነዉ። ስለዚህ እርሶም ለድርጅቶ ሰራተኞች እንደእርሶ ቀና እንዲሆኑ የማያቋርጥ የንቃተ ህሊና ስልጠና ይስጧቸዉ። አሁን ያለዉ አሰራር ግን ከቀበሌና ከገቢዎች የተለየ ፊት የላቸውም።

I thought about The Lion King. His voice would be great for voice over as Simba's Father. FILM makers should seriously think about making Amharic version of Animated movies. There's a large audience in this generation.

ሀሪፍ ወያላ ነው እባክህ -- ስራዬ የአዕምሮ ሰላም መሸጥ ነው? ስራህ ቁማር ነው። ሰዎችን ማስፈራራት፣ ተስፋ መስጠት። ከዚያ በርህን ዘግተህ መጸለይ - ምንም እንዳይደርስባቸው እና የዋስትና ክፍይ እንዳታወጣ። ለመክፈልስ ያለው ጣጣ፣ ላለመክፈል የምይጎረጉረው ቦይ እና ቀዳዳ የለም። ስራህ ቁማር ነው።

ኒያላ ኢንሹራንስ ጁኒየር CSo ሆኜ ስቀጠር interview አርገውኝ ነበር እና ምን ብለው ጠየቁኝ ምን ያህል እዚህ እየሰራህ ትቆያለህ ለምን ጠየቁህ መሰለህ ብዙ እንዳንተ በጁኒየር የተቀጠሩ ልጆች ወር ሳይሞላ እየለቀቁ ይሄዳሉ እና አንተም እንደዛ እንዳታረግ ነው እና ንገረኝ አሉኝ ያው የመጀመሪያ የስራ እድል ነበር ለኔ ተመርቄ ቁጭ ብዬ የመጣልኝ እድል ነበር እና የመቀጠር ጉጉትም ስለነበረ 10 አመት እዚህ እቆያለው እዚህም ሆኜ መማር እፈልጋለው አልኳቸው ነገር ግን እንዳልኳቸው ግን እዛ አልቆየሁም ቃሌን አልጠበኩም 😔 ቃሌን አጠፌአለው ይቅርታም እጠይቃለው 🙏 መሪ እባካችሁን አድርሱልኝ 🙏
