Oh man, look at that. When you treat the people that work for you like human beings , they excel.

This is great. It shows that good quality comes from taking our time during development, rather than rushing through productions with deadlines. It's why many indie games succeed more than commercial ones.

This is so inspiring! I'm so glad that no one overworks themselves or others and that you have such a supportive development team to work on these amazing games. Been hooked on Invisible Inc. for a whole year now and it shows how damn well you guys made it!

genuinely gives me hope for the future of gaming knowing that there are companies like Klei out there

Klei is the best indie studio around. All their games are fun and top notch quality, just look at steam's reviews, all of them are from very positive to overwhelmingly positive scores, not a single fail. Keep up guys!

EA wanted in on Shank. Afterwards, 15 levels and co-op has to be finished in 2 weeks. Yep, that's EA alright.

Inspiring. First view of studio life that seems sane.

Omg, this made me want to work there so bad. Too bad the only thing i would be able to do is QA or.. who knows, mow lawn, clean bathrooms, lol, still, seems like it would worth a lifetime of tries :)

Good video with a good meaning, also it was cool to see such humble developers.

Great episode. Love how relevant this is to so many industries. Good work philosophy though: fail faster, iterate sooner.

Wonderful work ethic. All our energy is spent worrying about faceless investors each quarter. Far more productive to worry about the staff over the course of a decade.

Amazing video guys. I am a super fan of your games. Dont Starve is amazing. Invisible. ONI. Just outstanding. And to know it is done by a company who cares about their people just makes it better. Dont change.
