My shaman on live had AA's that let Lassy (pet wolf), with all items and buffs be suspended and brought back whenever I liked (camping, dungeon crawls and travel in general, etc) and would follow me through zone lines, it was very cool. :)

I have never had a shaman pet before. I always wondered if that would make the class more fun

I had two long black hairs stuck in my ear (stuck in dried up wax) - they kept rubbing on some part of the workings in there, causing a scraping sound that was incredibly annoying and was making me a bit crazy. I saw my GP who found nothing and he reluctantly sent me to a specialist. The specialist found nothing and reluctantly sent me to a clinic. The clinic nurse found the hairs and removed them in like 5 minutes - it was a huge relief not having that scraping sound inside my head. When she pulled them out I could have wept... GP's used to wash ears out but not now days, I think a lot of them are so burnt out they find it easier to see patients as hypochondriacs and just gaslight them. To think they just wanted to send me off thinking I was imagining things or whatever - to this day thinking about it makes me feel annoyed and let down (it took 5 minutes and some fancy tweezers!) but I guess it ended well for me. I can't imagine how your patient must have felt getting rid of a whole insect! What a great story and a great service you did for the poor guy, well done! Seriously, good job.

I don’t know how to clean the ears out. It’s not something we’re ever taught. Thank goodness some of the nurses know how to do it. I don’t even know how to draw blood. If anything burns us out, it’s seeing 20+ patients a day. Glad you got that taken care of. I had no idea the nurses would clean out ears. I just look inside for evidence of infection and do antibiotics :)

@@ogreguy912 Squirting warm fluid into the ear cavity - they called it 'syringing'. Back in the day when house calls were a thing. Much easier for our family GP who was our next door neighbour. Nowadays if I want to see my GP there's a 3-4 week wait. Maybe it just depends who you are and how much you can pay.

I prescribe carbamide peroxide otic, also called debrox. I have never personally used it, but I feel this is a good way to loosen earwax for safe removal. I have my own techniques which I never tell the patients about =)

26:57 I wish the pets would level as you would. so instead of having a crapload of random pet spells, they should have like 4, or so just for different scenarios.

Awesome idea. I hate recasting pets too just to get the 1/3 of a higher level pet.

Everquest 2 did that, the pet classes got nerfed severely though in efficiency for soloing. There was no fear kiting as a necro and I was so bummed.
