This episode has a special behind the scenes episode "6 Days to Air" that takes viewers from Matt and Trey brainstorming a story all the way up to voicing the characters and sending the final cut to Comedy Central. Bill Hader was in this season's storyboard room, and you get to see him in the special episode.

This is one of only two South Park episodes that I never want to see again. But I could not resist watching someone else suffer through watching it, so here I am. I believe they call that "schadenfreude," a German word that means finding happiness through other people's suffering. "Schaden" means suffering, "Freude" means happiness, in German.

The inspiration for the film's plot came from a joke that writer/director Tom Six once made to his friends about punishing a child molester they saw on TV by stitching his mouth to the anus of an overweight truck driver. Six saw this as the concept for a great horror film, and he began to develop the idea.
