You are quite the ambassador. Good job!! The whole concept of readyness i dont quite understand. I have added a 70.3 and a full distance for next year (june / august). I have input to invest 12 hours per week. Training now for 2 weeks. My performance in general is not bad. My bike ftp is 225 watts (at 69kg), my running 44min for 10k, my swim 1:55/100m. Im doing sports regularly for many years (im 44). Yet humango shows the projected readyness at 87% and my goal readyness at 69. i find that confusing and hard to believe. Also the events are far out. Does humango tell me, that with a year training at 12 hours per week i can still only reach a readyness of 87% or 69 (whats even the difference between these values)? I like to follow the plam but i dont get what humango is projecting and why.

I am in complete agreement with you over the projected readyness and current goal readyness. What's particularly frustrating is that you can follow the plan and see your projected readyness go down, especially with a rest day that's part of the plan. Two weeks out from IM Hamburg everything was 100+%. By the time I was half way through my taper I was 88%. Overall, I rate Humango but there are areas where there is still work to be done. Ultimately it provides me with a core structure which I can play around with. Your current level by the way is very good. You will have no problem with your 70.3 and Full - it'll be about your target times 😅. Good luck.

@@RealLifeReviews im glad we agree on that. i was quite irritated. i cant say im too happy about it, since its 29.- a month (hefty) but i think i will keep it. it gives me some good structure and a sense of obligation to be compliant to it. without such a plan i most often train way too hard. i go running at a hard pace, do too many threshold runs or my cycling trip is all over the zones. so the plan teaches me to go easy and even if its just 2 weeks, i learned to appreciate going much much easier but regularly. its quite different to what i am used to and i think my vitals are quite positively influenced by that. also it gives me some level of elite-feeling as im doing quite often more than 1 training per day ;-) lets me feel like a pro, haha. thanks for saying my stats are quite well. that gives me a nice confidence boost :-) have a good day!!
