Climate change is recognized as one of the most serious threats facing humanity. From understanding the data and what it might mean for our planet’s future, to grappling with individual choices and their effectiveness, what are our responsibilities as individuals and communities in the face of a warming world?
Drawing on concepts and tools of moral philosophy, Dr. Josh Duclos discussed personal responsibility and consider and challenge proposals by philosophers, economists, and policy specialists in our Humanities@Home program on January 26, 2024.
For 50 years New Hampshire Humanities has connected people and ideas by funding and supporting statewide programs that inspire curiosity, foster civil dialogue, and explore big questions.
