@@RonnieColeman80 ahhh man that’s too bad. Sometimes it’s a bit much to get a lot of it across in a short period of time. I will try upcoming videos to simplify them better. It’s been an aim of mine very since I started. Thank you for commenting this.

@@theinternalgame Thanks for clarifying. I'll watch more of your content. Been looking into Tolle and Goddard, but completely new to analyzing awareness/mindfulness/etc. I lean more towards Tolle right now. He seems to focus on entrapped in thoughts about the past or future, but I'm still learning.
