I went through it when my son died and lost everything. It’s been two years of recovery and went through a crisis of faith where I questioned everything and it was so painful but beautiful journey where I was stripped of everything. I lost my home, my car, my home, all of my money and my son died, I deconstructed everything.

I love it, Sandra! You were listening to every-body who said they could help you, but not to your OWN BODY!

Thank you Sandie for inviting Sandra and thank you Sandra for accepting. This chat was truly inspiring, calming and enlightening. I have been a fan of your books for a long time and your latest one sounds so beautifully down to earth and full of truth it is a definite must have for me. I would highly recommend The Shaman's Cave podcast too as Sandra and Renee are two of the most wonderfully wise women we can learn so much from. And Yes - learning to love yourself is the most precious thing we can do to heal ourselves and the world. I learned after almost a lifetime and everything changed for the better. Much Love to you both and everyone here ❤️✨✌️🤗🙏

Most excellent talk. Thank you. I can SO relate with the healing journey of the body. I went to so many healers and none of them could help me until I turned inward and listened to myself and healed myself. Interesting enough I had a soul retrieval done by one of Sandra's students in South Florida many years ago, it was a profound experience. Thank you for the chat. Nature has always been my solace too.And like you said it's because it's me. The energy of the forest is so healing.😊🙏☮️💜🌳🌎

Sandra has a way, beyond her clear & deep communication skills, to exemplify shaman energy. This is the quality that is so impactful/magnetic/electric - so beyond the words we seek to express what is undefinable . We are all waves of light - hers is a detectable wave of light .. as powerful as it is gentle & steadfast. Thank you for this talk.. both Sandys ...

BeautyFully Authentic and Honest reflections on learning to Trust our Inner 'Gnowing, Sandra is such a great example of learning to live from the inside out rather than the constant distraction of looking to others or something outside to fix us ~

I’m suicidal as I’ve lost everyone due to being mislead and abused by others. I’m totally distraught and disconnected from everyone. How do I get through that? 😢😢😢

one area of the body we women need to heal is the 'navel area' we are connected to not only our female ancestors through the navel but all of life as we are life bearers--
