In this talk Benjamin will let you in to the secret of being in right relationship with ourselves. You will understand the impact and importance of relationship with indigenous people holding the key to healing ourselves. Benjamin De Loenen is a filmmaker turned changemaker when in 2001 he started producing a documentary called “Ibogaine-Rite of Passage” about an African traditional plant called Iboga and its process of globalization for addiction treatment. In 2009 he founded the International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research & Service (ICEERS), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the complexities of Indigenous medicine globalization, in particular ayahuasca and iboga and the cultures and communities involved. He has been on the board of the Iboga Therapist Alliance. Since 2017 he has focused his work on relationship building with Indigenous community and spiritual leaders of different Peoples, mostly in Colombia and Peru and in 2022 came together under Indigenous Leadership with different partners for the creation of the Indigenous Medicine Conservation Fund, a new relational philanthropic model that brings together global funders behind the leadership of Indigenous traditional knowledge-holding communities and their processes of repairing and protecting the planet, their territories, their traditional knowledge and sacred medicines. This is unbelieveable. I have been following everything related to Ayahuasca for several years now, but still didn't make a firm decision to go for it although my intuition says that I need it so hard. Today I was having a breakfast and remembered about Ayahuasca again. Then I went on to search some new videos about it on youtube, however I didn't find anything new. Then I said to myself "Let's watch something else, something entertaining, maybe TED talks?" I typed TED talks and was shocked when the freshest video came out to be this one... is that the Universe trying to tell me something?

Yes it is. Word of advice (from me that I sit with the medicine ayahuasca once a year ..) DO IT ONLY WITH SERIOUS GROUPS / facilitators. Inform yourself on them and choose wisely. - lots of crooks out there.

At this moment it isn't good to take Ayahuasca, in this moment Madre Tierra is in a stop. We need to first try to solve our situations by ourselves. But, if you felt O listened to the call of Ayahuasca, it's probably not today, but someday you must go to Ayahuasca.
