digg the vid. I used to ride Oak Mtn back in the day. My favorite was bombing down the fireroad trail that has the stone water crossings on old mid 90s hardtails. I have a friend that can ride there from porch.

Oak mountain is incredible. I've learned I'm at max a black. But I honestly have more fun on their blue trails. Have you done the downhill jump line on Johnson's Mountain Trail yet?
@_Aitch_2 жыл бұрын
Never heard of it. Where is it?
@jamesmathews2432 жыл бұрын
@@_Aitch_ it's at the main trailhead close to where you catch Jeckyl and Hyde. It has around a mile downhill with rollers and small jumps one after the other. Then when you finish you can reverse it for an easy uphill pedal and a 2 mile downhill with some fairly techy stuff. Lots of fun trails over there.

@@_Aitch_ im another local to oak mtn, I have so far to my knowledge ridden every trail at oak mtn and Johnsons Mtn is my all time favorite, depending on which way you ride it, you can a have a super chunky but fun techy decent or a buttery smooth fast decent with a few small rollers that you can get some air off of, johnsons mountain is regularly getting serviced as well, to get to it id park at south trailhead and take peavine road to the end of Foreplay

Oak Mtn is great for XC. Storyteller, Thunder, and lightning are definitely the best trails out there. The new local bike park called RideBHM is more my style. So if you like big jumps and awesome tech, definitely check it out.
