I did white lightning today. Maybe the conditions weren’t up to par but it was ok. I’ll go back to do Jackson gap on another trip.

Friggin sick riding man! Thank you for posting a new vid. I know time is not easy to come by but we cant wait to see more. Most of us have watched you progress from taking spills all the time to doing full on shred now. It really encourages a lot of us and lets us know we can eventually do more even if its not to the level you are. Edit: Did the seat come up and tap you in the nads? :)
@_Aitch_Ай бұрын
@@Oper8or always appreciate your comments. Haven’t had as many videos but still getting out multiple times per week to ride. Progressing and riding faster is what keeps me going. Also, not the seat… I landed a bit backseat and sat right on the tire. I actually ripped my DH pants earlier this year landing in the tire and had to iron on patch ‘em up 😂

@@_Aitch_ One of your best quotes I ever got from your vids is this one and it made me start riding lift parks after experiencing it myself. "The worst part about mountain biking, for sure, is the ratio of time to climb and time to descend. It is absolutely criminal". You helped some of us change in our lives and the amount of pain we feel. lol

I've been riding Apex since the mid 90's and still don't have every line mastered. Such a fun trail. I love it because I'm capable of riding the entire thing, but it's close to the limits of my ability. Keeps me on my toes for the entire ride. Just a note for first timers. Bikes are allowed on EVEN days only (the date ends in a even number, so 2,4,6, etc.

Riding a hardtail single speed, I wrecked hard on the last half mile of P2 the last fall. Broke the rear axle, the tire pulled into the chain stays, and I got slapped to the ground. Managed to reposition the wheel and clamp it well enough to pedal out. I was a bloody mess rolling the gravel road back. I got some grimaced stares from a few hikers, lol. Be safe!
