Where do you get the parts... im looking for the gear

Thank you for your great question! This problem was covered in Part 1 from the 4:53 mark to 6:31. Please note, as discussed in the clip, the drive gear has a natural 20mm radius on it's edge and can be mistaken as bad, however if it needs replacing your only source will be from another motor, just like the one used in this video.
