@@junie437 I've seen a few games with her; the woman never smiles or looks like she is having fun. And she doesn't shake hands. She is like the lady working behind the counter at my local Dunkin Donuts. Lol.

Why do they separate women and men in chess? Completely ridiculous. If women would mostly lose, so be it. Maybe one day a woman would win the world championship and it would be a huge news story. As it is, its just insulting and sad. I don't get it.

Learn the rules before you whine because it makes you look like a fool. There's a reason the two sections are called 'Open' and 'Women', rather than 'Men' and 'Women'.

Women can participate in open tournaments…… Edit: now ask them why they didn’t
@evanpenn110 ай бұрын
@@iffus_akiyoshi Yeah, I know the rules. I guess I should have spelled it out and said that men can't play in women's tournaments. I thought that was understood. I was trying to keep it concise. The existence of women's tournaments, in a nutshell, separates the genders.

@@evanpenn1 so you'd rather abolish all women tournaments and cut them off from chess?

@@resonance4789 I think that'd be best, yes. But am open to opposing opinions.
