I have a set of Hutchinson Rockmosters and process is pretty similar. It helps a lot if you use lots of soapy water when trying to break the beads. Also there is a easier technique to get the insert in with the tire standing up, where you pushing it down with your foot at an angle. Look up Rock Monster might help. Thank for vid

In your video you talked about how the rear camber is still out of alignment. Depending on the model of your HMMWV the payload on these trucks is on average is 1 1/4 ton. So the rear is heavily over sprung if your using this for a toy like most people are. With the factory springs in order to get the truck to set at the correct placement you will need about 1,000 lbs of payload and then the alignment will come in. Or add softer rear springs and this will lower your ride height and bring the alignment in.

I just took out the shims and this fixed it. Toe needs to be adjusted after you do that as well.

the way I separate these tires is spray the WD40 around the rim and the wall and let it work its way in. Wait about 15-20 minutes then stand on top of the tire wall and walk around. The wall starts dropping under my feet as I walk around. No sweat using this method.

Interco measures there tires without tread so they will be more like 39" new

Correct! Humvees don't have much flex at all so the slightly bigger tires never rubbed.

What's the deal with the adjustable tire air pressure?? Did they get rid of that system? You're doesn't seem to have it, that seems like one of the primary reasons for getting a Humvee.

You are thinking about CTIS, which is 1 in a million for surplus Humvees but I believe it can be retrofitted if you are willing to spend the money.

@@Kevin24Seven you just copied what another guy did in his older video. You have the same tires, used the bucket and soap and even said to stand inside the runflat replacement, same aftermarket runflat replacement. McSpeed1 did all this first
