I love how he acted out Quasi, since he obviously isn’t focusing on his distorted appearance. The character he portrayed was more outcast by the manipulation of Frollo than any obvious deformity and he maintained his version of the character through the entire song. Excellent interpretation of how quasi would actually feel, as the original Disney song displayed a level of confidence that the secluded and oppressed quasi would likely not.

Christopher Santiago - you rock!!! One of the most talented Quasimodo-actors I have ever seen. He was seventeen at the time of this production. Granted, there is a lot of money invested in the TKA;s production: costumes, sound, sets, etc ...... but without the talent it would be nothing. Great performances by all of the students, but Chris definitely stood out. Wishing him the best in his future, and even if he chooses a different career that the performing arts, for those of us who had the privilege to have seen him and the other students at TKA .... it has really been a blessing. Great performances. Oh, yeah, and he plays the trumpet, too. How can one kid be so insanely talented. God bless you, Chris!
