Allen Wilson thanks for saying that, and I’ve had some others say the same thing. She’s really laid back, she’s a good looking mule, and she isn’t afraid of much. She’s only 3, so we’ve got a long ways to go. Sounds like you’ve had a good one too, and a great hound.

This is a great video. I loved the "hundred dollar squirrel" comment. A lot of what hunters eat is not value for money or value for time in today's economy but it is undeniably worth every penny. My daughter and I liked this video and watched it a few times. She kept asking me to try squirrel. Here in the UK they are a pest and we shoot them but we don't usually eat them. Anyway after about 3 months of asking, I finally went out with her and got some squirrels. We just had Southern fried squirrel tonight and actually it was really good. Better than the chicken you get in the shops anyway. We will be eating squirrels again. Thank you for the inspiration.

Absolutely wonderful video! I grew up squirrel hunting with dogs in south Arkansas and as time progressed and prior too the leasing of timber company land we rode horses while following the dogs for years. Brings back great memories of hunting with Dad and Jerry and Uncle Jim. Oh how I miss those days...

Squirrel hunting is fortunately under rated. It's not about the trophy, but having some fun in the woods. No one thinks twice about perch fishing, but for some reason look down in squirrels. Going out with some mules looks like a pretty awesome opportunity too.

Living in SW Virginia I have pondered many times that the older I get there is going to be a day when climbing the mountains is going to be out of reach. Just discovered your unique clip on squirrels, wow, we had Arabia's on the farm growing up and I shoot 100s of gophers, wonder if they taste the same : ) They were bad for the horses so I shot many and now thinking I should have had my own restaurant! Love everything about you guys, knew your bit at the end too, which was most wonderful and I just about fell off the couch many don't mention their faith up in Canada, I think we're on the same page, I love the word as it's saved me! Love hunting too, new to both but many mouths to feed

Great video! Ever seen anybody run bear with Feist? I have heard a few references to it but I haven't found anyone who does.

Modern Mountain Man thanks on video. I’ve heard of guys treeing them on accident with feists, kind of like a fluke deal. They’d run one probably.

Awesome video man! Makes me wanna go squirrel hunting. When I was dating my wife over the summer she got a kick out of me chasing squirrels around trees lol! She said must be an Arkansas thing bc these Alaskans don’t do that lol

Hahaha. That's funny. You can take a man out of Arkansas, but you can't take Arkansas out of a man. Keep after'em.
