That why I like you Newcomb. You seem to have your priorities straight. Thanks for a video the highlights the important stuff first. Blessings to you and your family.

Awesome mate. I am in Australia. I just got on to your pod casts as a coincidence listening to Meateater. I have never been to America, never chewed tobacco, never ridden a mule. I hunt weekly here but enjoy seeing another world over there. foreign

Another excellent production by First Lite. Clay, I love how you put being a father and family above hunting but yet equally as passionate.

Love this guy! Found him through being obsessed with meat eater series and excited he's part of their crew now. I didn't get into hunting till my 30s but always been in the outdoors. This man is an inspiration to me. Keep up the amazing work, thank you clay and first lite!

I appreciate how being good at a craft means having that solid foundation. A diverse life is something I personally have always strived to have. Keeping family first allows me to be the man I want to be in the rest of those aspects. Thank you for highlighting that. Also good luck with the mule. My dad tried to get into that after years of bareback rodeos and hunting. Towards the end of his life that was a new challenge he wanted to take on. Who knows. Back to my coon hunting on cold nights on top of a mule. Wow.... Good luck brother.

This was so fun to watch Clay. I love that you are living out of your passions for Jesus, your family, and hunting. It seems like you're really going for it and finding success. I'm proud of you! I sometimes think about when we used to go fish out of that creek near the country club and catch fish with tumors. I don't know what was in that water but it made for some messed up looking fish. I'm not into hunting like you are, but I understand the love of nature and being in the woods and mountains. Keep going for all the adventures and we'll be with you watching it all on KZbin.

Here’s something that’s really weird. I travelled to Arkansas to get married, fell in love with the state. The people in whole are friendly and kind. The outdoorsman image is a positive thing. The terrain is difficult at best. I spent everyday including the day I got married hiking and exploring with my wife. I have been actively searching for a property in Arkansas and now that I know that the legendary Clay Newcomb is an Arkansas resident that excites me even more. I found some old paper mill logging properties. Definitely trying to pull the trigger. Who knows I may be able to invite Clay out to hunt one day.

You ain’t going to believe this: I had a dream/vision of one of the buck’s I’m after. Where he would be, where he would travel, and where he would drop after o shot him. I still have the sketch after the dream/vision/or whatever you want to call it.

I don’t like guy, I asked him why he censored out Aron Snyder on his podcast and his answer was “we don’t want to offend children” I LMAO’ed and said to him “what kid who is at in age where cussing will offend them is going to be sitting around listening to an almost 2 hour podcast about bear hunting? He didn’t have much to say to that lol

David Mercado Bro! What’s sup?! Good to hear from you again. Hope you’re well.

I can't imagine being triggered by a guy censoring his own podcast.
@JL-xn3zy4 жыл бұрын
I agree with Clay. I listen to a lot of hunting podcasts. I’ve been in the Army for 25 years so I have heard it all in terms of cussing. Fact is there is no need for it on broadcast that hopefully our young aspiring hunters are listening to. It is a lack of tact and class, and completely unnecessary.

J L I disagree we are all adults and most of us all watch movies with lots of cussing and adult entertainment, look at Howard Stern he's king of media and his whole platform is built on rawness it makes it authentic. Theres too many pussies in the hunting industry. That's why Snyder is so popular because he dont give a fuck more people need to be like him!
