Because islam will not stop force conversi9n. If they agree that they will not convert a single Non islamic person ...then only it can be stopped. And if world allow them to come to their countries. In the same way 52 Islamic countries should allow democracy... Or both should not engage with each otherm but muslim want mess in others countries but not in Islamic countries

It's done by cyber-hacking and releasing a code that will make the battery overheat and explode. In principle it could also be done with your phone, but this was obviously a target attack, so that only these several 1,000's of special Hezbollah pagers were targeted.
