Ok, I was only able to get like 4 of them. I'm also guessing that you have to do it in a single playthrough. The hat I only clicked once, so I could have got that one.

Nice, you can also do them on different runs. The "make no friends" requires an entirely different run, looks like its going to be the same for the full game as well
