how do you keep aggro on your pet? in mythic mine seems to not be able to keep aggro on bosses

Well, you do need to reuse misdirection or FD once in a while. But as for pet holding aggro the first 30 seconds, usually when you misdirect you want to use some "direct" damage, and then once you have CotW up you use a lot of KC so your pet keeps aggro. One thing that can make things harder is healing aggro - on high damage bosses with mend pet, it can be hard. And exhilaration can get you over the edge. Also, be careful if you're using trinkets with high "hunter" damage. But normally if you make sure to get aggro up during misdirection and be careful with abilities that deal damage from your hunter, as long as the pet doesn't die you can rotate misdirection and FD. Next patch we'll get a talent that increases pet damage at the cost of the second pet. It will help too.
