Without Kitten, I mean, why live? Really, he started out as an exposition-dispensing nameless Custodes, and over eight years he became the heart of the show, simply because of his humble, helpful, self-effacing attitude in contrast to the towering egos around him. If you cared about TTS's story it was because of Kitten. Kitten cared so much. I am so glad he and Magnus are together in this. Their growing friendship was one of the more heartwarming parts of TTS. They always had great chemistry and they contrast each-other really well. Kitten keeps Marckus grounded, Marckus counters Kitten's more self-effacing moods. They offer a united front against the wall of chaos that is Big D. I like where this is going

Even in their fighting styles, we can still see their old personalities shining through in the combat Kitten, as a definetly not a custodian, plays smart and is more of a defensive fighter, as fitting for a guardian such as he. He attacks when Door is in danger to ensure he isn't finished off and he manipulates his enemy to make him predictable. Markus is the glue that holds this together, he empairs vision and generally fills in the gaps of his comrades. Big D is high Door is the human equivalent of oak, simply taking the hits and never being stopped even as he is bleeding from most of his body. Boy tries a lot and we love him for it, he's the soul of the team.
