Yes, I would HIGHLY recommend this anime. It has a very centrally strong theme of FRIENDSHIP to the point where it's stronger than blood, but not the same as the bond of lovers. As for storyline, the progression is pretty with a lot to be learned about the histories behind the main characters, the world they live in, and even their foes. The characters have a lot of depth to them, each of them with their own individual traits and goals that they strive towards. Great fight scenes. PERIOD xD

There's little emotion as the fight is basically narrated at you in a disconnected manner...and that's before they bring in the actual narrator. That and the high even for anime levels of perversion are what make a 4/10 out of a show that definitely had 10/10 potential.
