They kept in the part where Razor praised Gon but not the one where Bisky talked about how scary Killua's talent is, and that she didn't reach that point until her late twenties - I just wanna provide some extra information here: Recently, the author of HxH has named Bisky as one of the characters with the highest level of Nen mastery in her category. Now that doesn't necessarily mean strongest, but her level of mastery and therefore how close she is to her theoretical absolute limit is outstanding. And here you hear that woman, someone who achieved such an insane feat, praising Killua's talent and how far he's already come. Knowing that puts even more emphasis on that statement and reiterates that Killua might just be the most talented character we've seen so far, and not even a sliver behind Gon.

Since the anime isn't going to really go into this I hope you guys don't mind me explaining Razor a bit more, since he doesn't really just use his powerful nen to play doge ball or even just for his 14 Devils; none of this is a spoiler just implied info that the manga makes more explicit. So Razor is one of the reasons that Greed Island can even exist due to his nen being what is actually running everything when it comes to most of the cards. Basically almost; if not every, card is actually one of Razors' abilities. That makes him pretty much the character with the most abilities we see. However, if he just had access to all those abilities all the time that would break the power system with the amount of nen someone would need to have all those abilities; and granted Razor probably has a massive amount of nen like Gon but definitely not enough to make his abilities limitless. So to actually run Greed Island there's an insane amount of restrictions on absolutely everything. Not only are there the rules and limitations each and every card has written on them, but also, for the cards to work the person using them must have come to greed Island through a specific way (that's why everyone comes and goes through the exact same place), and the cards can only be used on Greed Island, and Greed Island follows the rules set by the game itself (the whole convention limit for each card, having to use the book; though that may be one rule not for Razor to be able to use the card but to allow others, and all that). So thanks to all the restrictions set on Razors powers and the fact that they only work on the Island means that his nen is amplified so much that while you're standing on his land he's pretty much unbeatable in a actual fight. Of course this means Ging trained Razor for his nen to specifically run the game in exchange for his freedom and to beat up his son eventually. Though you may ask if the cards and everything work only on the Island, why do people go in to try and take things out since then they'd presumably be useless? Well since the anime hasn't said anything about it and presumably has to at some point I'll consider that a spoiler and won't say anything about it just that it makes sense.

It was explicitly mentioned in the manga that Razor, aside from being an active Game Master, is also in-charge of most of the emitter spells in the game. Incidentally, it's actually a popular theory (with high probability of being true) that the character Ickshonpe Katocha, a Hacker Hunter, (who will appear later on in the next arc) is the "I" in Greed Island. We don't know what his abilities are, but it's also theorized that, given how he's said to be "living in the virtual world", that much of how Greed Island works is actually because of him.

You don't even understand how powerful Razor really is. His nen is responsible for the use of every spell card in the game. Which means at all times a significant amount of his nen is in use and not available to him. He is without question one of the strongest characters in the series

@@mohdig9 after touching someone, Genthru have to explain his ability to activate the bomb (bomb starts to countdown), but I don't think Feitan would let some stranger touch him without being killed. And when he is killed, the inactivite bomb will disappear.
