The gasoline heater was also an option on VW beetles ,which would never warm up on cold days . On the beetle they sat above the gas tank 😮

I love DeSoto's but don't really think I'd spend the time and money to track down a couple of four-doors.

I get it. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but 4 doors fix 2 doors all the time. These cars are getting farther and fewer between. We pick up parts in whatever capacity when we can. Thanks for watching!

The green one seems to have less rust. Collectors prefer 2 doors or conv. Today 4 doors are very popular. Many pickups have 4 doors. Dodge Chargers are 4 doors and are popular. Same with trannies. Collectors want manuals but today they are almost obsolete. 20 years from now most drivers will not know how to drive a manual car.
