I got this exact motorcycle about 4yrs ago completely original it had 4 thousand miles on it guy had it in his shed was to old to ride it but was reluctant to sell but I got it I had to put air in the tires and change the oil befor I drive it off I really live this motorcycle I ride it allot and it’s my baby

Great looking bike I have the exact model with 11000 miles. Just got back from Sturgis put 1200 miles of that 11000 on out there love that EVO sound and that lumpy carb idle

Picked up a 98 FLHSC at an estate sale. it was sitting on flat tires and covered in cigarette smoke, brought it home and cleaned it off. After cleaning something was wired. It was way to clean for a 98. Production date stickers were still under the fenders and gas tank. dirt wasn't under the frame, fenders, or absolutely anything. Went out to get a battery and get ready to start it. turned it on and found out it only had 197 miles. Immediately replaced all 3 lubricants and cleaned and replaced all replaceable components in the carburetor. It now runs beautifully and looks awesome for a 24 year old motorcycle. Only 700 miles on it and counting.

@@HuntingHarleys Relatively cheap. Paid 4000. The man upstairs made sure I came along to preserve his baby. I have been collecting motorcycles and keeping it original for many years, this was the best find of my life and my first Harley. Now I've become OCD with keeping the chrome clean🤣.

Hi Todd, love ya brother, learned a lot of little tricks from you, thank you for posting all these sweet bikes, had an 80-flh-80 shovelhead and now ready to evolve, to an evolution year 96 to 99, don`t want any HD yuppie bikes from 2000 and on. I salute you brother !! :)

Wow...i found a video I haven't seen yet') and I must admit I've never herd of the nostalgia....I know they came out with the Heritage Softail in 1986..then the "old boy" in 1997 then started calling it heritage Springer in 1998 so wow this is really cool! Very nice bike with a great sound too!!

The Nostalgia, FLSTN is the "call number's" were made from 1994 until 1996. Each year had a different paint scheme and only 3000 were made per year. The 1st one had cow hide with the "fur" on it (on the seat covering) and as such had a black and white pattern and was often referred to as the Moo Glide because of the seat.

Hey I've been watching tour videos and I have a question. I've been riding for about a year on a sportster. I'm looking to upgrade to a softail. I came across a beautiful 94 softail heritage nostalgia with extremely low miles. But I also found a 2013 softail with similar mileage for the same price. What should I do? Which should i buy? Will the nostalgia hold it's value or increase in price as the years go on? I plan on having this as my daily riser. Thanks a lot- eric

personally, I would go with the 94. super cheap and an awesome machine, and it is an EVO. The last of the pure Harley's.

Why does it keep cutting off? Still cold i guess? Needs a carb clean or tune? Im looking at a 95 nostalgia now. Im trying to get every bit of info before i pull the trigger.

unfortunately in Italy the original mufflers are very closed, they don't make this nice sound. to have a typical harley sound you have to replace them with non-original exhausts, but I've never heard it so beautiful as in this video
