My wildcat loves the hades, they are scooting though right around 900

I also shoot hades in 25 cal at 925fps with great results. I've been wanting to try some barracuda hunter the hollow point looks wicked. Thanks for the video.

Thanks for your efforts. This just shows how many variables there are in shooting a tight group. I wonder if the results could have been improved by doing a weight selection of the pellets.

Maybe. Not sure about the variability in weight of those pellets, haven’t weighed them yet.

It would be interesting to weigh each pellet before shooting it to see if the weights affected the accuracy.@@ShootingWithPhil2023

@@ShootingWithPhil2023 - I have a GEN 122 caliber avenger that changes zero left right based on fill pressure. I am not shooting on the reg or below the reg. Groups steak consistent but point of impact can shift as much as 6 inches at 50 yards. Elevation stays pretty constant. I’m a little baffled and confused. I’m thinking that maybe it is a harmonics issue between the regulator and hammer adjustment, but most harmonic issues that I’ve dealt with previously have not allowed for consistent grouping. I had something similar happened to my GEN one avenger in .177 but tuned it out with regulator and hammer spring. I’m hoping it will be the same for the 22. Have you seen any thing similar with the 25? There is also a possibility that it is my ATM optic not holding zero. I don’t think it is the optic, however, because the shift can occur with doing something as simple as refilling the rifle with air.

If you watch session #22, my rifle will drop 1 inch from the top of the fill to the bottom of the fill. As far as left right shift goes not so much. However, I did add a barrel band (Session #16) and some teflon tape in between the Donny adaptor and the barrel (Session #13). Those two modifications seemed to tighten my groups quite a bit. Take a look at those videos, maybe that would help. @@motorgearhead

Of all the hunting pellets I tried. The baracuda hunter always performed the best. Not so for the hades that every one talks about. Non of the guns I own or owned liked the hades very much.

I’m pretty new to this air rifle game. How often do you need to clean the lead from your rifling?
@ShootingWithPhil20234 ай бұрын
@albosarge6524 Some of the factory FX guys say never because lead is a natural lubricant. With other barrels more often. I'm new to airgunning sa well.😂
