Like in Hurricane Andrew, you can tell the height of the tidal surge by where the boats now rest onshore. I saw many scary things in Miami, with Very Large boats, inland where they should not have been. It is sad to see idyllic beauty be flattened by a hurricane. My thought go out to all of you on the island(s). I know what a slog the rebuild will be like. Know we are thinking about you today.

Brandon, the Carriacuo government put out a video the day before Beryl hit and there were a few hundred boats that made their way into Oyster Bay on that island and moored, one after another, in the mangroves. I'm familiar with what happened in Ian. The boats were tossed around like matchsticks. Can you go over to the Oyster Bay Area and see how all those boats fared??

Thank you. Did you check all the videos? I was actually in Queens last night. Making our way to MX then TX for the next two landfalls before heading back to Grenada. I will be uploading rolling shots later today. 1.5 hours of driving around the island, hopefully it helps some.

@@WxChasing Oh wow yes you have to pass through there to get to JFK airport. My dad lives in Mt. Pleasant Carriacou not sure if you passed through there. He owns a farm that supplied Carriacou with eggs. I am sure it’s all gone now from your previous videos. I hope you guys get some videos of this area, it’s just sleep less nights not hearing anything. Plus he is wearing a pace marker and needs his daily medication 😥😥😥

@@WxChasing that part of the island has not been yet seen by no one. It’s located behind the Towers. It’s Mt. Pleasant, Grand Bay Area. You have to reach Mt. Pleasant before Grand Bay. Everyone knows him just ask where is the person who owns the chicken farm lives. His name is Wilfred Noel Aka Western Noel. If you were to visit that area when you return to Carriacou. Please keep in touch and thank you once again for your great work. I will watch the videos that you will post today, hopefully I will see his house. Best of luck on your journey to MX and TX for the next landfall. This was a real monster hurricane!!

Sint Maarten here... doesn't look so bad... We in the northern Caribbean learn long ago to not build with Zinc roofs and have our power and communication lines all underground since Luis in 1995.. I am guessing Grenada and Barbados didn't go thru enough hurricanes yet to learn this.

Beryl will not be the last hurricane, probably not even for this year. Considering that some buildings withstood the storm better than others, without apparently being built differently, I wonder whether there is a " invisible design detail". I understand people cannot afford hurricane proof construction, but some cheaper tricks might already make a difference.

JUDGEMENT on the WICKED 🔥 - Notice some peoples houses are in perfect stead 👌 Psalms 58:10 The righteous will rejoice when he sees the vengeance; he will bathe his feet in the blood of the wicked. Psalm 135:7 "He makes lightning with rain, and brings out the wind from his storehouses." Psalm 147:18 "He sends his command to the earth; his word runs very swiftly. He sends out his word and melts them; he causes his wind to blow, and the waters flow." upon the sea, and there was a mighty storm on the sea, so that the ship threatened to break apart Genesis 6:17 "Behold, I am going to bring a flood of waters upon the earth to destroy all flesh in which is the breath of life under heaven. Everything that is on the earth shall die." And Genesis 7:4 "For in seven days I will make it rain on the earth forty days and forty nights, and I will destroy every living thing that breathes, that has been on the face of the earth." Exodus 9:22-23 "The Lord said to Moses, ‘Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, on man and beast and every plant of the field in the land of Egypt.’ And Moses stretched out his staff toward heaven, and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and fire ran down to the earth. And the hail struck down every plant of the field and every man and beast that was in the field. The hail struck down every tree of the field and shattered the windows of the houses, and there was hail in all the land of Egypt, such as had never been before." Shalom
