A guy had the numbers today and said it rained 12 inches the week before Helene, then 31 inches during the Hurricane and total numbers were over 40 inches all together.. Its unbelievable, get a lump in my throat every video I watch about it 💔🙏

I don’t doubt those numbers. The scale of the flooding is behind what anyone would have thought.
